AEC offers a competitive remuneration benchmarked against others in the industry and we invest in the development of our people to build capability and drive stronger performance. When AEC excels, our people share in our success; AEC implements special bonus incentives to eligible employee based on business and individual performance (typically paid in cash).
Salary sacrifice is available for employees on superannuation contributions. Company vehicle and fuel card is available to eligible employees.
